RIHANNA is “International Female Artist of the Year” at the NRJ Awards in France!

The 21-year-old “Rate-R” singer performed and won big at the NRJ Awards in Cannes, France this past weekend.

Rihanna took home the award for International Female Artist of the Year, beating out Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Shakira & Lily Allen (who?) for the award! Check out flicks of the uber fab singer on the red carpet, onstage performing & at airport…
