Michael Jackson’s Death Officially ruled as “Homicide” & Dr. Murray to be Charged…

Michael Jackson’s death has been officially ruled as HOMICIDE and the change as been amended & reflected in the late King of Pop’s Death Certificate.

The documentation now states that Michael died from ‘acute Propofol intoxication’ due to an ‘intravenous injection from another’….and the pop singer’s doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray is expected to be charged with manslaughter and prosecuted for ‘gross negligence‘ for his treatment of the  pop star during his last hours…

Dr. Murray’s legal peeps said that the doctor had no comment and reiterated that Murray neither prescribed nor administered anything that should have killed Michael Jackson.

However, authorities have  lined up medical expert witnesses who will testify about the normal standard of care in a situation such as MJ’s and will give opinions on why Dr. Murray’s actions constituted ‘gross negligence‘, the source said. The police investigation was substantially completed by the end of December…
