Without skipping a beat, fashion goddess Rihanna turned up at Barney’s in New York City this afternoon looking fresh & fab in a black and floral paneled one shoulder dress with her Balmain fringe sandals. Loves this look! (So I am seeing lots of girls with one shoulder dresses, tops etc! Cuteness!)
